The selmape.pt website is owned by Selmape, Empresa de Transportes Rodoviários de Mercadorias Lda, with registered office at Estrada Nacional 1 km 151.6, 3105-287 Moncalva- Pombal, and is, pursuant to Article 24 of the General Data Protection Regulation, the entity responsible for processing the personal data collected on this website.
Selmape complies with legal regulations regarding the protection of personal data of its employees, job applicants, customers and suppliers, namely those arising from national and EU legal provisions and deliberations of the National Commission for Data Protection, namely the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD).

As part of the contractual and commercial relationship, the user of the Selmape site authorises the entry of their personal data into the company database for processing, allowing it to be used for sending technical and safety data sheets, commercial information, marketing activities and provision of financial documents.
